Friday, May 2, 1930
Paris, France

Diary entry May 2, 1930Hotel Edward VII. It is so good not to have to get up early. Had breakfast in our room. Then Richard went out to have his shoes mended, film developed, see about our tickets home and to London tomorrow. After lunch we took a taxi for the Eiffel Tower and the World in Wax. These are the two things in Paris we wanted to see this time. The catacombs in wax was the best part. The tower is wonderful. Richard said it would prepare use for our flight to London tomorrow. We have our tickets and it is all arranged we are to fly to London, leaving Paris at 1:45 and reaching London at 5:00 p.m.
